Nicolas Weber

I co-founded medneo and OpenRad and helped grow the business past 550 people, moving from Group CEO to the supervisory board along the way. Healthcare has run through my whole career: in large international companies, as a founder, and today as an investor and board director backing other healthcare founders.

Right now I'm building again; it's early, and mostly under wraps. Around it, I serve on boards, help founders make the jump from founder to CxO, and I'm the incoming president of the Entrepreneurs' Organization's Berlin chapter.

I grew up in Pforzheim, live in Berlin, and have worked across the US, UK and China. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me running, on a bike, or somewhere in the mountains.
